This guy I use to spar with - man that dude would throw a lead right and come hold. I use to hate it - then coach said "How about you discourage that activity"

He came in with the same approach and I bolo'd the **** out of ol' boy nutsacks - I was on some Abner Mares type ****. He stopped all that holding

pay off the ref so he enforces the rules. i know it seems weird that you have to bribe the ref so he does his job but its a must. henry clinchko just won't let go
