BoxingScene.com recently caught with lightweight/junior welterweight contender John Molina to talk about his recent signing with powerful boxing adviser Al Haymon and to address rumors of a potential showdown against Adrien Broner on the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Marcos Maidana pay-per-view undercard.

According to Molina, signing with Haymon was a no-brainer. Haymon has been on a signing spree signing Molina, light heavyweight kingpin Adonis Stevenson and welterweight contender Luis Collazo in recent weeks.

You look at Maidana in slow mo, walking in water, and then you can see the style similarity. It's the speed not the style. John is behind almost everybody he meets and tends to catch up late or not at all.
