MGM Grand, Las Vegas - The weights are in for Saturday's Showtime Pay-Per-View card, where former WBC/WBA junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-1-1, 30KOs) will face Alfredo Angulo (22-3, 18KOs) in the main event.

Canelo weighed in at 155-pounds, while Angulo was 154.5. It was announced by Jimmy Lennon Jr. that both fighters were allowed to weigh in at a max of 155.

WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz was 122-pounds, and former two-division champion/mandatory challenger Cristian Mijares was also 122-pounds.

good thing gbp cashed out canelo when they did. he's 23 and already too outgrown JMW. He might be too short for 160 as well. Team Canelo has a lot to worry about going forward, win or lose against angulo

Canelo asked for 152 doe....he can't even get to 154 anymore..the dude should be fighting Martinez and GGG or Quillen at 160.
