Former champion Antonio Tarver never paid back $200,000 in ******** markers to the Wynn Las Vegas from a ******** binge in 2012 ... so says a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

Tarver was arrested in Florida over the weekend on a warrant out of Nevada -- the arrest documents were vague about the nature of the alleged offense.

Now, we know ... Tarver is the target of a criminal investigation for allegedly not settling several ******** markers he took at the Wynn during a 4-day ******** binge in July 2012.

I saw Tarver in Vegas at one of the Floyd fights (either Ghost or Canelo). He was in the Casino then and was having a "great time" if you know what I mean. You could tell he was drunk, flirting with a ton of women, etc...

He was a cool dude and took pics with the fans but I could see that guy racking up a ******** debt and not knowing when to stop.....lol Forgot what Casino that was in but it wasnt Wynn. Wouldnt be shocked if he had debts in a few places. Probably will try to fight some guy he has no chance of winning against just to make up that debt
