HBO has signed a deal to televise the May 31 rematch between super middleweight titleholder Carl Froch and George Groves, according to the network.

The broadcast will be live. No location for the bout has been announced yet.

George Groves knocked Froch down early in their November bout, but Froch battled back and scored a controversial ninth-round stoppage.

good,these are the type of fights hbo should be showing,fights that will bring in the audience and give them good ratings,i doubt anyone will be changing to another network during the fight or the audience will be walking out during the bout,its a business
