Are they equals tough to say, but to act like Margarito is head and shoulders makes me chuckle~

C'mon man, they're on different levels. You think Maidana could beat a prime Cotto like Margs did? You think Margs would lose every single round to a Devon Alexander level fighter? Hell no, they're on different levels.

I'm far from believing this is a hopeless fight for Chino. I even see signs of confidence in Maidana's team. If they can take Floyd by surprise early in the fight, be prepare to open your eyes wide.

Possibly, I think Chico could give Cotto a lot of problems. Cotto likes to fight at a measured pace and Maidana would press him, now he would make Cotto miss a bit more than Margarito did but any time Cotto is forced back he is in trouble and I do think Maidana is capable of that.

Yea I think Margarito would have a lot of problems with the way Alexander fought, you want to know what was different about the Mosley and Cotto fights, Cotto never clinched up allow Margarito to fire back after Cotto finished, Mosley did his work then tied up not allowing Margarito to get off. That is like exactly what Alexander did.

Your levels must be about an inch tall and everyone is on their own separate level. Maidana and Margarito are both very good solid fighters, who while limited made the most of their abilities, sure one might be a bit better than the other I can accept that but there is not much in it.

Good point, they rely on mind games before a fight to get an advantage..

Margarito in his prime was a volume punching middle weight that could cut down to WW with unbelievable endurance and a granite chin. He never had great one punch power this is why he failed at 154. Maidana is an awkward power punching former jww with conditioning issues. They don't fight anything alike. Maidana will break any rule he's vicious. Margarito would wear people down.

              Yes

That's why little floyd is fighting him. Easy night for Mayweather. I guarantee you, I won't buy that fight, and I am not alone. Mayweather thinks we will continue to pay for these kinds of fights.

So Floyd fights the champion at welter weight and it is a "cherry pick"? Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Only Floyd who is 37 would get criticized for fighting a champion.

Notice how nobody says Floyd is "Old" and "washed up" when he is 37 not given him any breaks. But when Oscar was 34 and Cotto was 31 and Shane was 38 They were ALL past their prime?

Yup Floyd is so great that he is the only one that can be called a cherry picker for fighting "Canelo" and Maidana back to back.

Thanks for admitting his greatness while trying to hate dumb ass.

What was it again? Oh yeah "He's too big for Floyd" ...... yet Floyd fought 3 times at 154. You know, the weight that you said "its too easy for Floyd"

Keep them excuses coming but what Garcia is saying is that Maidana is a flat-footed fighter who Floyd welcomes as his cherry pick.

You have a pic of Maidana punching Broner! But now Maidana is not good enough for Floyd? When it comes to Sergio fighting Ward at a catch weight since you threw it out there for Floyd.

What did Sergio say about fighting Ward even at a catch weight of 164? "He is too big!" But Chavez jr wasn't who balloons up to about 184 on fight night more than Ward?

Even if Floyd did fight Sergio he would have been called "Old" and weight drained! Haven't we heard that somewhere before? Yup stop hating.

And Garcia would be called a "cherry pick" fighter as well even after his win against Lucas. Floyd is so good that no matter who he fights and beats there is always an excuse.

                  But keep hating.

Sergio Martinez is the only one capable of giving Floyd problems.
