Comments Thread For: Goossen Hopes To Continue Pact With John Molina

Lightweight contender John Molina (27-3, 22KOs) recently signed with big-time adviser Al Haymon. Right after, he did a Q & A with BoxingScene.com and he was asked if signing with Haymon meant he would not be re-signing with promoter Goossen.

Molina basically said that he will worry about that when the time comes.

Molina needs to think about this real good. Goossen Tutor just isn't keeping him busy enough. Fighting 1 or 2 times a year just isn't cutting it, he needs to fight at least 3 times a year. Give it a real good thought "GLADIATOR".

Sadly its the era of few fights a year for a fighter. Today 3 fights is a lot in a year. This is one reason fighters are not developing like they have in the past.

Molina win of Bey (i think that was his opponet) was a great come from behind win. Best, i've seen in awhile. Bey, a Floyd fighter and Floyd was in attendance, i would have thought Floyd would have warned his fighters of Latino fighters; they are tough to beat.

Goosen hasn't done too bad with Arreolas career.
