    Saul “Canelo” Alvarez is preparing for his second pay per view event with him as the headlining fighter as he will take on the always tough Alfredo “Perro” Angulo on March 8th in Las Vegas, NV at the MGM Grand. This will be the first of three schedule fights this year for Alvarez as he continues his mission to become one of boxing’s biggest superstars.

    Alvarez has admitted his first choice for his March 8th fight was Puerto Rican star Miguel Cotto but unfortunately the fight didn’t materialize and Cotto is now close to closing a deal to fight Sergio Martinez in June.
