Former champion Amir Khan is currently training in California, with his coach Virgil Hunter, as a lucrative fight with WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. looms for May 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Last week Mayweather posted an official poll, where fans were allowed to select his next opponent. Only two choices, Khan and Marcos Maidana, were presented. Khan's social network followers powered him to victory in the poll.

You need much more than just speed to beat Mayweather.

The fight is a hoax. Its a pay off fight. A scam! Maidana wouldnt take a pay off. He comes to win! comes to fight. Khan...gets paid and gets a shot later at a title.
How can the fight be going to Maidanas favor then go to Khans....This fight is a black eye to the sport. Again...another LET DOWN by Floyd. :ANWOD:
