Mexican Miguel “Mickey” Román (44-11, 33KOs), returns to the ring on February 22nd, boosted by his sterling knockout victory over former world champion Juan Carlos Salgado, last November. Roman Portillo has been training for two tough months to defend his WBC international Silver title for the first time. The fight will be televised by Televisa.

"I proved that I’m up for big things. I defeated a former world champion, so now my goal is to conquer the WBC world title and I will only achieve it by fighting great battles,” said Roman.
