Pascal didn't excite me in the least in beating a clueless, shopworn, ineffective and seemingly depressed Bute -- to me he has always been a solid B level guy whose main claim to fame was that 'fluke' win a few years ago against CD

Hopkins is being nice. I would give Pascal a B- due to the obvious last round gassing that he tried to play off as him playing possum. If he let his hands go more he could have gotten Bute out of there as Bute wasn't sayin much at all that night.

I don't recall that but, if it is the case, it just re-affirms my opinions; that Jim Watt knows f-all about boxing and Bellew is a prize prick.

Bute's performance was woeful. He showed guts and that was about all. Couldn't get off, couldn't avoid shots, and couldn't take Pascal into deep water.

Pascal does have stamina issues. However, if you want those to come to the fore, you have to push him - force him to fight or make him anxious or both. Bute did neither. He just stood in front of Pascal and looked at him. Even round 12 when Bute finally started to throw shots, he's just punching Pascal's guard - where's the body-head switching or the 3,4,5 punch combinations? Just 1-2, 1-2, 1-2 into the guard. Pitiful.

BHop should've been a teacher at my high school....my C's would've been B's and A's .....Pascal didn't smash dude like I thought he would....he still won though, but he didn't give out no concussions on a that walking concussion known as Bute....I give him a C
