I saw the thread starter and thought this can't be yet another Floyd thread...turns out it is. I feel for this guy, think he has some mental issues.

Pacquiao has 9, a simple boxrec look shows that. I may have miss counted and he may have 10 as someone else pointed out.

Floyd has 6, how you got 9 I just don't get it, I even counted the IBO and IBA belts lol

Oscar has 11, how you got 8 I dunno "peeleft: Oscar clearly would be off the top of my head but I just counted it for evidence.

I'm sure JCC Sr is up there and possibly RJJ but I can't be bothered boxrecing them.
