Comments Thread For: Marco Huck Set Record Straight, Stop Arslan in Six

Hanns-Martin-Schleyer Halle, Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany - WBO cruiserweight champion Marco Huck (36-3-1, 25KOs) set the record straight with a sixth round knockout of tough compatriot Firat Arslan (33-7-2, 21KOs). Huck won a controversial twelve round decision in their 2012 meeting.

After a close five round battle, Huck landed a big right hand in the sixth round that sent Arslan crashing. Arslan barely beat the count, but then Huck caught him once again for a second knockout. Huck would then pin him against the ropes with combination until the referee jumped in to wave things off.

Alright now that he's got Ola and Firat out the way, time to turn his attention on to a unification bout. Wlodarczyk has no opponent. Let the negotiations begin.

Huck was gonna be in for a long night if he didn't stop Arslan.

You gotta love the fact that Huck gives rematches when rematches are due. Now that he's settled the score with Afolabi and Arslan, who's next? I would like to see a unification fight.

Huck is one of my favorite fighters to watch. Dude is just pure, non stop entertainment for as long as the fight lasts. On a side note, Firat Arslan is a tank!
