Curtis Stevens and Patrick Ma***ski both made weight for their scheduled 10-round middleweight bout Friday evening at Resorts International in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Stevens (25-4, 18KO) came in at a thickly muscled 160.5 lb. for his ring return, coming just 11 weeks following a knockout loss to unbeaten middleweight titlist Gennady Golovkin.
Ma***ski (21-2, 13KO) was slightly heavier, though far leaner given his considerable height advantage, tipping the scales at 161.5 lb. The bout marks his first ring appearance since a points loss to Patrick Nielsen on the road in Denmark last September.
