Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer is looking at the possibility of putting together a battle of unbeatens, with IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter (23-0-1, 14KOs) defending his title for the first time against Keith Thurman (22-0, 2KOs).

Porter won the title last month with an upset twelve round decision over Devon Alexander. The IBF's mandatory challenger is Kell Brook, but Schaefer says Porter might face Thurman first.

They throw him in with tuff fighter who are hungry and come to win ..Chavez and now porter good fighter but not with a big names hight risk low reward ...just like thurman himself

I love both of these fighters. Both fight all the tough opponents. Tough fight to call, but I lean towards Thurman.

Kell Brook needs to take some notes.
