Michele Di Rocco (36-1, 15KOs) surivived a tenth round knockdown to win a tough fight with Ville Piispanen (17-4) to retain the EBU junior welterweight title at PalaBadminton, Milan, Lombardia, Italy. After twelve rounds of action, the judges saw it 119-110 and two cards of 118-110.
