WBC light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson (22-1, 19KOs) believes British mandatory challenger Tony Bellew (21-1, 12KOs) is scared of their fight, taking place on Saturday night in Quebec City, and because of that he says the Liverpool boxer took a cheap shot with his head as they went face to face at Friday's weigh-in.
