Exactly. There's like 70 belts up for grabs atm so I would say their value has gone down drastically.

well 147 is a much better division than 130. Mikey is by far the best 130lber if he was at 147 it'd be vastly different.

LOL, I think this was a troll response.

Broner isn't even in my top 20.

Mikey Garcia is at least one of the top 15 best current boxers. Not top 10 yet though.

Their both getting ready to prove themselves in 2014! We'll see if their early career has prepared them to become top tier fighters. I think their both talented and prepared physically but now its the discipline that will be challenged and their maturity.
It seems Mickey has a solid mentor and his camps are strong. Broner has a terrific trainer who's taught him well but Broner seems to be void of a mentor!
He acts very immature and takes advantage of his popularity to act out like a fool. I hope he gets all of this childish behavior behind him and donates his being to becoming the very best he can be as a pro boxer.

Theres very good boxing coming in 2014, and some of the better fellows seem to be willing to appear more often than they have!
Stevenson, Ward, GGG, Mayweather, Mickey, Lil' Rocky, Rigo, Donaire, Froch, Wlad need to put the pedal to the metal and raise boxings level as a sport up abit from wheres its been. I think the 147 class will heat up with the younger second tier fellows pushing to be in the top tier.
Maybe even the heavyweights will get their acts together and become more active and stop fighting the trailhorses they don't need anymore. Its time to LEARN not build up their records!

so you think A.B. would get put on his ass by Rocky Martinez and barely manage to make the count?

Garcia is definitely above Broner IMO.

He's beat better fighters, and he's just more skilled and a better fighter IMO.

More skilled? I don't see it. And I don't see a big difference in their comp either.
