Former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. (56-8, 40KOs) has become the latest veteran to express their desire to fight the cash cow of boxing, WBC welterweight and WBA junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (45-0, 26KOs). Jones, 44-years-old, returns as a cruiserweight on December 4th in Philadelphia against Bobby Gunn. Recently, 48-year-old IBF light heavyweight champ Bernard Hopkins said he was willing to drop down to 160 for Mayweather. Jones is unable to get down that low, but he would go down as far as 170.
