Comments Thread For: Diaz: Pacquiao Wins a Decision Or Stops Rios Late

As we head into the final stretch of fights in 2013, the last pay per view event to close out the year will be Manny Pacquiao’s return against all-action Brandon Rios, who he is set to meet on Nov. 23 in Macau, China in an HBO pay per view clash.

For some, the biggest intrigue heading into the match is what version of Pacquiao we are going to see.

This past December, the Filipino star was knocked out in brutal fashion, as he was left lying unconscious after taking a counter right hand from Juan Manuel Marquez in the sixth round of their fourth encounter.

Nearing 35 years old and coming off of such a devastating loss, it’s understandable why Pacquiao may have some doubters these days.

Pac was ktfo before. He almost forgot where he is. He took a rest for a while then he came back, and he came back a better & stronger fighter. That's what makes him different from others, his mental toughness. Brace yourself guys, we will be witnessing the BEST Pac ever in his last part of his Boxing career.

Diaz is right, Pacquiao grew up in the mean streets in a third world country. He ain't soft like most boxers you see today

I think Teddy Atlas said the same thing to Ellie Sechback, that certain fighters like Pacquiao can recover from a KO, especially with a country behind them.

I think Garcia and Atlas already know that if anyone can recover, it's Manny.
