Comments Thread For: Kudriashov Vaporizes Cox in Two, Acquires GBU Belt

28-year old Russian cruiserweight Dmitry Kudriashov (11-0, 11 KOs) continued to improve his record on Saturday night in Rostov-na-Donu, southern Russia, and added his first “world” title – a meaningless GBU belt – in the process.

Kudriashov was matched up against damaged goods in former world title challenger Shawn Cox of Barbados. Cox, 38, fought in Russia a year and a half ago, giving some scare to then-WBA champion Denis Lebedev before being knocked out in two. Little is left of that dangerous knockout artist. Cox fought a month ago in South Africa, was blitzed in one and was reported to have injured his leg in it.
