Comments Thread For: Gabe Rosado Rails Against Judging in Quillin Bout

The fight didn’t go to the scorecards — it ended on a cut in the 10th round — but Gabriel Rosado was nonetheless upset about the judging in his technical knockout loss this past Saturday to Peter Quillin.

Judge Kason Cheeks had it a shutout for Quillin after nine rounds, at 90-80. Waleska Roldan gave only the fourth round to Rosado and had Quillin ahead 89-81. Ronald McNair gave rounds four, six and eight to Rosado and had Quillin ahead 87-83. [Click Here To Read More]

I don't mind if you had Chocolate up.... but he won at the very least 2 rounds, the rest being close.

Every week. Boxing judges are inexcusably corrupt and inept.

I wasn't a hard fight to score. I thought Quillin won the first three rounds but after that it was all Rosado.

Scoring was horrible and should be looked at but that cut was bad and didn't look like it could have absorbed more punishment.

Had it a draw at time of stoppage so I say make the rematch cause the fight wasn't to bad it was just an unfortunate but legit ending.

90-80 scorecard was absolutely criminal and that judge needs to have his licensed temporarily revoked.

I had Rosado up by 1 point going into the final round. 90-80 simply was not possible. Absolutely no way
