Oscar de la Hoya and Felix “Tito” Trinidad were great rivals inside the ring during one of the most memorable fights in boxing history.

Now its probable they'll both become new members of the International Boxing Hall of Fame on June 2, 2014, and at the same time! The Boxing Writters Association of America will issue the inductees on October 31st.

For both boxers it would be incredible and rather apt to be inducted simultaneously

Would have been great to have had a rematch to their first fight but unfortunately it never materialized. In my opinion Oscar De La Hoya and Tito Trinidad are going to receive two very well earned and desserved spots in the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
