But last Saturday night in Orlando, Cotto return with Roach in his corner and blasted out Delvin Rodriguez in three rounds.

Cotto looked super-charged under Roach, no one can deny that.

It may have had something to do with fighting for his career for if he had lost, he would surely have retired.

Cotto celebrated his victory with new trainer Freddie Roach and he believes his new charge would jump at the chance of a rematch with Mayweather.

'Miguel told me that if he were in the shape that he's in right now he would have won that fight,' Roach said. 'So I'm sure he would definitely welcome a rematch.'
Miguel Cotto made an impressive statement on Saturday, stopping Delvin Rodriguez in the third round of his comeback bout in Florida. Cotta returned to winning ways after successive defeats.
