Comments Thread For: Photos: Adonis Stevenson Beats Up Cloud in Montreal

Bell Centre, Montreal Canada - Adonis Stevenson (22-1, 19KOs) dominated former IBF king Tavoris Cloud (24-2, 19KOs) over eight rounds to retain the WBC light heavyweight championship. Stevenson controlled the fight from start to finish, not allowing Cloud to get anything going or land any significant punches. Stevenson had Cloud hurt several times in the fight, with hard hooks to the head and body. By the end of the eight, Cloud was bleeding from cuts above both of his eyes, and his face and body were taking a beating. Cloud's corner stopped the fight. [Click Here To Read More]

There doesn't appear to be any kind of kryptonite, for this superman......that is so far,but general Zod and Lex Luther combined couldn't hold a candle to the Krusher.

This is the type of fighter boxing needs.

Bringing in a nice home crowd. Word starts to spread
about this guys speed and power, the promoters do their
jobs and boom a superstar can be born.

Adonis beat him up and broke him down. Bellew won't fare much better.

... A superstar can be born after he fights Kovalev -- which I doubt.

Too bad Stevenson isn't as hunky as Matthysse. This place would be full of Adonis Stevenson avatars and signatures right now.

That was a one sided fight good win for Stevenson. I would like to see Ward move up in weight and fight this guy.
