It would be a good win, but Garcia won't be in his complete peak until around 2 years.
Garcia wont be at his peak for 2 years but a 37yo Mayweather is? Stop hating. Then you say his fights are forgone conclusions. Theyre forgone conclusions because he's that good. Stop penalyzing guys for being good.

If anyone else fought his opponents then you would say they were great fights. Im guessing for you if he doesnt fight Pac hen he has to fight Triple G or something where he's giving away 20 plus pounds for it to be a fair fight, right?

May fought them all, in between his last four opponents, Alvarez vs Cotto (two legit opponents) aint happening, Guerrero vs Ortiz aint happening either.

Who should he have fought besides Canelo? He was young, strong, and much bigger. Just stop, you're making yourself look dumb.

How were they forgone conclusions? The Pacquiao fight was just the most media hyped fight, doesn't mean that Pacquiao was he best opposition. Manny has never been number one at welterweight and has only looked good against guys coming off of subpar performances these past few years.

You say he doesn't fight the best but Oscar, Mosley, Cotto, and certainly Canelo were all the best in their respective divisions. Marquez got schooled at the same weight where he later KO'd Pacquiao out. Like Bernard Hopkins said "Manny would be easy pickings for Floyd."

If you're p4p the best you fight the best and that's all there is to it before Manny got Mannied it was all about Floyd vs Manny and n other fight mattered. This fight still has to happen, Pacquiao and Mayweather are leagues above the rest, yes Pacquiao still is Floyd's toughest fight despite the KO.

Oscar = old and past prime, Cotto = Shopworn and Manny did a better job on him, Mosely = old and shopworn, Marquez was getting beat till he hit Pac with an inch perfect punch that would KO any welterweight.

From a business prospective I can totally understand why they turned down Floyds offer twice. If Manny would've lost to Floyd his value would drop 50% because the Floyd haters would've moved off of Manny and on to the next fighter. That was half of Mannys fan base. Long term it wasn't worth it. No way Arum lets Floyd just knock off his biggest money maker and scratch him off a 100 million dollar check for his troubles. It's not worth the risk unless Arum controls Floyd too.

LOL smart guy, Oscar was younger than Floyd and Manny are NOW! He was also much bigger than Floyd. Cotto had three straight Knockout wins and has never been Knocked out in the same devastating fashion that Manny was. And no not any welterweight would've been knocked out with that punch that Marquez delivered because many guys are too smart to get caught like that. But like Marquez once said "Manny just isn't that smart."

And if you think those guys were shopworn and past their prime then you have to admit that Manny is way past it.

then i guess ricky hatton is a good win for floyd which means he's faced a prime opponent in 7 years lol
