Junior welterweight contender Erislandy Lara has fired back at Alfredo Angulo. The two boxers have been trading words since their June encounter at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. Lara started fast and controlled the fight with his boxing ability, but the tide began to turn after Angulo dropped him rounds four and nine. Angulo appeared to be in contol until a punch caught him right on the eye in the tenth round. The Mexican boxer turned his back to Lara and started walking away. The referee quickly stopped the fight.
