Pain in my fists
Hi guys
So I started boxing again after pause of 2 years. There is this problem now that when I hit the heavy bag or pads it is hurting my hands. Pain is in the bones of both of my fists. I can't understand what is the reason, never had this problem before can't punch with full power starting to feellike Paulie.
What could be the reason? I have not taken a good care of my body for past two years but in the few scraps I have gotten in my hands fine. I used to drink a lot of milk like a 1-1.5 liters a day. Have my bones weakened or what ? This is really annoying what is going to happen when I hit someone in the forehead whilst sparring. Would appreciate some advise.
