  • Comments Thread For: Mayweather-Canelo: Mexican Boxers Discuss The Bout

Numerous Mexican greats are very eager to watch this coming Saturday's mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. (44-0, 26KOs) and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs). The fight takes place on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

EDGAR SOSA. - "It's a great fight. We're going to see a young man with desire, with the great heart like all Mexicans, who is going to face an opponent who is very experienced, elusive, defensive, but we might see a big surprise. I'm confident that Saul has the necessary condition to press the the action of the fight with Mayweather and not allow him to do what he wants."

No, that's not a typo. He didn't press the wrong key by accident. Also, I thought the smiley at the end would show that I knew he didn't weigh 147...

                Typical responses:

"One fighter is very strong, and the other is strong as well. It will be a difficult fight. I don't have a pick, but it will be a great fight. May the best man win"

It is a typo. He meant 157 lbs which is what was reported.
