World Boxing Association super champion at bantamweight, Panamanian Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (34-2-1, 12KOs), and WBA "regular" champion Koki Kameda (31-1, 17KOs) of Japan, were summoned to negotiate a mandatory fight for the absolute championship of the division. The order was issued by the World Championships Committee, Gilberto Jesus Mendoza. Both parties have a period of 30 days to negotiate starting today, August 28, and ending on September 27. The formal communication for both teams specify all regulations, also makes clear in case they do not reach an agreement the fight will be open to Purse Bid.

This is a complete farce.

Japanese fans never trust WBA and Kameda (ｆamily).

This notice will show no effect.　Why?　Because Koki can never beat Moreno.

Officials (Referee, judges, and supervisor) are always friends of Kameda, But still Kameda chooses only quiet under dog.

Because Kameda can never repeat the same failure (fight with Pongsaklek, Naito, Landaeta.....).

Shiro Kameda certainly says.

”Heｙ Koki, you're no match for Moreno (and Yamanaka, Iwasa, Oba.....). Absolutely impossible. You'd better not confront him (them).”

If WBA is serious (that can't be), Koki vacate WBA title. And he will move to 115 pound division.
