Obviously Guerrero is a better opponent. Rios has never done anything at 147, even Guerrero's only gotten a couple ehhh wins at 147, it's still better than nothing and losing your last fight at 140.

He'd probably be tougher just because he has more to arsenal. Rios is a plodder who comes straight ahead and brawl.

Yes. He would frustrate the hell out of Pacquiao with the dirty stuff. Incidentally, Paulie M. would also be a strange test for Pacquiao.

Has a good chin as-well.
Actually 10 times the better boxer than Brandon Rios.
Has descent power.
Better footwork.
And actually quicker than Rios.
