Hard punching bantamweight Julio Ceja (24-1, 22KOs) is going to return on September 7th in Mexico, possibly against veteran Juan José "Goofy" Montes (23-3-2, 14KOs). In May, Ceja went for the vacant banamweight title of the IBF and lost a close twelve round majority decision to Jamie McDonnell in Doncaster. Montes went to a draw in April with Julio Cesar Pingo Miranda.

I saw Ceja vs the Brit 3x's & he lost it cuz of a very slow start & as the bout progressed his lack of experience/2 many ezy ko's caught up w/him...great bout ns Goofy, who, if he doesn't get cut, will really test Ceja...good match whomever the promoter is...
