Looks like boxing may see a competitive bout between two southpaw junior welterweights.
The IBF/ USBA ordered on Thursday for USBA junior welterweight champion Cleotis “Mookie” Pendarvis to enter into negotiations to defend his title against mandatory challenger Ricardo Williams.
