According to promoter Reginaldo Kuchle, he is putting the finishing touches on a unification fight on August 31 in Mexico City. The terms are being stamped down for a battle between WBA bantamweight champion Irma Garcia (7-0-1, 1KO) and WBC champion Susie Ramadan (23-1, 8KOs). Garcia won the title after upsetting Janeth Perez in January. Ramadan won the title last July. Her only defeat came to Yazmin Rivas in 2011, which took place in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
