Lol I think he will beat Maidana but Matthysse will put him in a body bag. To beat certain fighters you either need to box flawlessly ( He cannot) or have a degree of toughness ( he does not, he almost got outworked and outmuscled by Malignaggi).

That being said Matthysse brutalising Broner would add hype to a Matthysse vs Mayweather fight.
