Froch: "Cleverly is totally insignificant"

A Cleverley fight isn't top of my wishlist for Froch's next opponent, but i'm not sure why Froch is so against it, and it's not completely insignificant.

He's an option that provides a beatable man at 168 or 175 for Froch, who holds a title, and domestically is the biggest fight for Carl's legacy (titles in 2 divisions) in comparision to what Groves (being touted) or Degale would bring.

There's no doubt that Warren is a big hinderence for a Froch/Cleverley bout to ever come off.

The deal is actually very appealing. Froch gets to fight for the LHW title at a catchweight and even if he loses, he stays Super Middleweight champion. Plus its great money. I'd rather see Froch-Cleverly than a third Kessler fight.

Personally, I'd like to see the fight.

Both guys don't mess about in the ring and I am also probably the only bloke (apart from Frank Warren) who actually thinks that what Cleverly is missing is a proper opportunity to deliver a breakthrough performance and the reason the kid is looking distinctly average is because he's in tickover fights.

Carl clearly feels differently right now...so I am guessing it is Kessler, Ward or making a ton of cash against B-Hop.
