In his first fight since losing to Abnmer Mares las November, WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (33-2-1, 12KOs) will face dangerous William Urina (24-2, 20KOs) on August 10th at the Megapolis Convention Center in Panama City, Panama. Urina lost back to back decisions in 2011 to Omar Narvaez and Johnny Garcia, but won his last seven fights.
