The fight will go to a purse bid after exhausting negotiations between both sides. The WBC will reveal the purse bid details in the comings days, with Isthmus Promotions representing Concepcion (28-3, 21 KOs) and OR Promotions handling Narvaez (19-1-2-1, 9 KOs), the brother of super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez.
