Negotiations to finalize the bout between Luis Concepcion (28-3, 21KOs) and Daniel Nestor Narvaez of Argentina is quite advanced, according to legal adviser Rogelio Espiņo. Concepcion will make the first defense of his WBC silver flyweight title at the end of July in Panama. Daniel is the younger brother of WBO super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez.
