    BoxingScene.com has been advised that undefeated welterweight contender Jessie Vargas (22-0, 9KOs) will likely return on the televised Juan Manuel Marquez-Tim Bradley HBO pay-per-view undercard. The fight card will take place at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas on either September 14th or October 12th.

    Vargas last fought on March 16th when he defeated Wale "Lucky Boy" Omitoso via unanimous decision in Southern California.
