Yep normally the fight would be stopped after round 5-6, his eye was completely shut. Great fight, that's why we love this sport, FOTY candidate for sure!

What a great fight, Jones was amazing, Lebedev is a warrior, but was flat footed at times which gave Jones the target he needed to land those right hands all day long.

Yeah, it was really up to the doctor and ref to stop it, because then it could have gone to the cards if it was called from headbutts. If the corner stopped it he would have lost automatically despite them knowing he would win if he got through. Difficult decision. Lebedev and the crowd would have been pissed if the corner stopped it, but if the ref or doc had done their job, it should have been stopped, then it goes to cards and he wins.

Great fight. Great win for Jones.
