Anyone notice Hopkins telling Floyd to use his head before Ghost fight?

Hopkins is a fan of Mayweather's work. He once said Floyd's ring IQ is as high as his. As an observer I'm surprised Hopkins didn't say he has a higher ring IQ.

Hopkins has said before that Floyd's style lends itself to longevity and that Floyd is the best of this era.

Both have ego's and there's always been a competitive intensity between them and they've had some back and forth in the media a few times.

But, they've also shown a lot of respect for each other on many occasions. It's clear they have a lot of respect for each other.

Yeah they both got egos and I dont think they really like each other based on some comments they make but I dont think they flat out hate each other either. Some boxers are friends, some arent, theyre just in the arent category.

DLH now, I think deep down he hates both of them but because he promotes them he puts on the act that he likes them.

In my eyes Hopkins or Golden boy always go against Floyd no matter who he fights if you watch any past fights such as Hatton leading up to the Guerrero look in to crowd when someone does good against floyd and you will see cheers from Golden boy and Company and fake smiles after floyd wins lol but in the guerrero fight hopkins might have been neutral in that one not sure

Hopkins made some comments about Floyd not fighting Pacquiao a while back and how he owed it to the sport to make the fight.
Floyd probably didn't like that but I don't recall him saying anything specific about Hopkins in the past.

yeah i understand that part ofwhat your saying they selling the fight but im saying when the fight is already sold look into the crowd and you will see them hoping floyd looses, meaning if floyd looses he lower his eliteness and someone else that they actually have control over can be the new cash cow like Canelo maybe thats how i see it

I think he respects B-Hop, but I agree that he hates Floyd deep down. I think Oscar still looks at Floyd like he's a young punk, but gives B-Hop that grown man respect.
