    Former world champion Vic Darchinyan (39-5-1, 28 KO's) made a successful return to the ring after an almost eight month absence by scoring a fourth round stoppage of Javier Gallo last Saturday night on a bout broadcast on Unimas. "Gallo was a tough fighter. He showed up to win," said Darchinyan. "I'm ready for a big fight. I want Victor Terrazas next for the WBC title."

          If this is the case, Rigondeaux should fight Romero and get his IBF belt. Then target the WBC.
