Undefeated super flyweight sensation Jose "Chiquiro" Martinez showed great skills and great power to secure a stoppage at 2:15 of round 4 over Dominican warrior Geyci Lorenzo (12-8 3KO's), who was a former 3 time national champion for the Dominican Republic national team. Before a full house at the Teo Cruz Coliseum in Santo Domingo; "Chiquiro" Martinez began placing strong jabs straight to the face of Lorenzo who presented his usual crazy style of grabbing a lot, head butting and trying to impose his seniority over the 20 year old Martinez. In the fourth round, a strong straight right hand seriously hurt Geyci Lorenzo and referee Carlos Peņa stopped the fight. The idol of the small town of Las Marias in Puerto Rico improved his undefeated record to 8 wins with 6 wins coming by way of knockout.
