Same labs yes but NOT the same ratios, NOT the same protocol, NOT the same chain of custody, NOT the same randomness, NOT the same reporting. Memo is as dirty as they come and eventually it'll come out how dirty he and his fighters are. Might take 10 years (like Lance Armstrong) because after all it is USADA but all the cards will be face up eventually.
