Bhop would limit that # to about 32 thrown per rd. he's just trying to punch for volume and landed punches. he wont be able to hurt Bhop. Trust me Bhop will destroy cleverly

But look what Clevs high work rate did to Krasniqi's output.

Doubt that, a fighter that throws over a 1000 punchers in a fight is the worst style for Hopkins. No time for breathers during rounds and constant pressure will tire the old man quickly, he was blowing out of his ass against Calzaghe and had to start acting so he could have a rest.

Lets talk about the fighters who beat Bhop by outhustling Bhop.

Taylor: Bhop won this fight and most observers agree with that statement. However Taylor could punch. No one really hurts Bhop but there punches are able to move him back. Clev is more featherfisted than Calzaghe and Taylor.

Calzaghe: Fight could have gone either way. Bhop landed the cleaner more telling blows but didn't do quite enough to win in the eyes of many. Calzaghe outlanded Bhop but never really hurt him with a clean shot that made him respect Calzaghe really. Clev does not have the power to hurt Hopkins

Hopkins will walk right through Clev's volume punching because he has no power. He will not KO BHOP I guarantee that. Clev is gonna be too damn wild and Bhop might even outland him but I see Clev tasting canvass during this fight. I see Clev respecting BHOP early and late. I in fact see Clev tiring himself out and getting frustrated. The difference between the two fighters who beat BHOP by outhustling him are that the had better footwork than clev and had a lot more power than clev.

I have to disagree. I think Clev follows the same blueprint as Calzaghe to beat BHop and creates a very similar fight. His output and style is very similar to Calzaghe but he has more power and is younger. I'm not saying Clev beats BHop but I do think his output, style and stamina would trouble BHop and force him into his spoiling tactics.

He's definitely a workhorse Cleverly but that's about it. I'd love to see B-Hop school Cleverly but IF he was to get old overnight in the ring with Cleverly; Clevs work-rate might be enough to see him through and cause B-Hop a lot of problems.

I just wanna see the kid in their with some-one half decent so they can beat his ass. Featherfisted fool.

LOL! Love that, a guy from wolverhampton talking like B.A Barracus... Would love to hear you say that sentence out loud with your accent.

Im no Clev fan at all, but I do think he might surprise people when he finally does start fighting some of the elite at 175. Dawson takes his to school, but anyone else and I think he makes it a contest with his workrate over 12 rounds.

Ineffective aggression: Clevs game plan vs Hopkins will turn out to be. this fight will happen in America or not at all. Hopkins will outbox Clev and win a close decision because the judges will acknowledge the work rate coming from clev. If it happened in England the judges wont acknowledge the boxing ability of Bernard Hopkins and he'll get robbed by all 3 judges

I don't k it was a case of Clev not letting Robin into the fight, Kras just wasnt interested in anything except being a punching bag and collecting his paycheque.

If I was a clev fan who saw it live I would be asking for my money back.
