I'm a Yanez fan, but can he ever just win a UD (since a KO is out the question)? His fights are always too close for comfort.

I agree with everything you said. I've watched him for years now. When I boxed armature I used to go to his gym often to get sparring. (not against him) I think he should have a lot more fights by now as well. Who knows, maybe he can stay active and make some kind of run.
