Darren Hamilton will defend his British light-welterweight title against Adil Anwar at Liverpool's Echo Arena on July 6.
Hamilton will make his second defence of the belt after a dominant victory over Steve Williams at the same venue in February.
The British Boxing Board of Control put the contests out to purse bids, but promoter Frank Maloney reached an agreement with both camps.
"It is great to be working Darren and his manager Spencer Fearon again," said Maloney, who promotes Leeds-based Anwar.
