French bantamweight champion Yoann Boyeaux, 14-4, tested positive for steroids following his points win over Karim Guerfi, 18-2, which took place on January 15. Boyeaux has been suspended for a year by the French Federation but no word on his status as champ or if the result has been changed to a no-contest. Boyeaux has appealed the suspension.
