Comments Thread For: Marroquin-Escalante, Han on Solo Boxeo, March 16th

Robert Marroquin and Antonio Escalante will square off in a scheduled 10 round featherweight bout on March 16th, Top Rank matchmaker Brad Goodman told Boxingscene.com earlier this week.

The Marroquin-Escalante bout will headline a “Solo Boxeo” card and will take place at the WinStar Casino in Thackerville, OK.

UniMas will televise the Top Rank card live at 11:30 PM ET/ 10:30 PM CT.

Top Rank will be promoting two fight cards on March 16th, as they will promote the Timothy Bradley-Ruslan Provodnikov card, which will take place at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA. HBO will televise that card. [Click Here To Read More]

Hmm Escalante sounds familiar. Looks like Marroquin moved up to FW huh? Yea, I think he needed to too.

He's pretty skilled and I think he was handled wrong.
